Parking Permit Application

If you rent a unit that includes Permit Parking, the parking is free, provided that you purchase a parking permit from Dentino Agency.

The Fee for the Permit is $50.00

Information needed to purchase a permit is:
Driver’s Name & Cell Phone #
Apartment Address
Make of Vehicle
Color of Vehicle
License Number of Vehicle
A Copy of your Vehicle Registration

Upon receiving all of the above information, Vehicle Registration copy, and the $50 fee, a permit will be issued to you. This permit is not transferable to another person or vehicle. If a new vehicle is purchased, Vito Dentino Agency will issue a replacement at a cost of $10.00, if you return your current permit.. Cost for replacement of lost or stolen permit is $50.

Your permit must be displayed at all times with the information visible through the window. Vito Dentino Agency, LLC is not responsible for tickets issued by California Police or tags placed on your window by Vito Dentino Agency due to your permit not being properly displayed. The front side of the permit must be visible at all times.

These rules are to protect your parking space. Visitors, guests, parents, etc. are not allowed to park in the permitted lots.

This permit is the property of Vito Dentino Agency, LLC, and may be revoked at any time if these conditions are not adhered to.
