On-Street Parking Information
If you rent a unit that indicates On-Street Parking, you may have the option to rent a parking space for $200 for the term of your lease. THESE SPACES ARE LIMITED. If you purchase one of these spaces, in addition you must also purchase a parking permit from Dentino Agency.
The fee for the permit is $50; of which $40 is refundable. Your permit must be turned in at the end of your lease. If it is turned in on or before the ending date of your lease, $40 will be either refunded by check (mailed to your home address), or credited to your rent account if necessary. If the permit is not turned in on or before the ending date of your lease, the $40 is forfeited.
Information needed to purchase a permit is: · Driver’s Name & Cell Phone # · Make of Vehicle · Color of Vehicle · License Number of Vehicle · A Copy of your Vehicle Registration
Upon receiving all of the above information, Vehicle Registration copy, and the $50 fee, a permit will be issued to you. This permit is not transferable to another person or vehicle. If a new vehicle is purchased, Vito Dentino Agency will issue a replacement at a cost of $5. Cost for replacement of lost or stolen permit is $40.
Vito Dentino Agency, LLC is not responsible for tickets issued by California Police or tags placed on your window by Vito Dentino Agency due to your permit not being properly displayed. |
